+-couple dance in a longways set
+  * 1-8   DOWN MIDDLE, CROSS AND CAST UP: 1st couple lead down the middle, cross over and cast up to the top of the set ending in partner's place;
+  * 9-16 CHASE 1ST WOMAN: 1st woman followed by 2nd, 3rd, and 4th men dance clockwise around the outside of the set;
+  * 17-24 CHASE 1ST MAN: 1st man followed by 2nd, 3rd, and 4th women dance anticlockwise around the outside of the set;
+  * 25-32 1st's CROSS, CAST AND TURN: 1st couple cross over by the right hand, cast off to the bottom of the set (2nd, 3rd and 4th step up) and all turn partner by the right hand.
+Repeat with new top couple.
