Strathspey
  * 1- 8 1s dance Fig of 8 round 2s+3s on own side giving hands,1s dancing down between 2s to start. (2s+3s+4s step up 7-8). 1s end in centre, 2nd place
  * 9-16 2s+3s+4s circle 6H round and back while 1s turn RH and turn LH. 1s end nearer hands joined facing down

Reel
  * 17-24 1s followed by 2s+3s+4s dance down (4 bars), 2s+3s+4s divide and 1s followed by 2s+3s+4s dance up
  * 25-32 2s+3s+4s make arches and 1s dance under to 4th place; 1s turn RH
